Corey and Traci Buchtel, owners of Max’s on the Green, have owned Max’s Grill and the Sheep Shedde Inn in Olivia, MN for 20 years before venturing to New London/Spicer to open Max’s on the Green at Little Crow Golf Course.
We have three grown kids and a 7 year old granddaughter. We have been blessed to work in the hospitality business for over 30 years and feel we have a real sense of family in all of our businesses. Our children were raised in the restaurant business and still continue to work at both locations in some capacity.
We love the people and the communities we work in and enjoy getting involved. We have been most rewarded by the people we have met through the years.
